DESCRIPTION: 

A complete renovation of a 3 bedroom family residence with sweeping views of Central Park with the goal of displaying a collection of art while maximizing storage space; the corridor between living and the master suite provided an opportunity to create a gallery space whose millwork served to conceal 2 bathrooms, 2 walk-in-closets, and additional closets with more than twice the amount of storage than before the renovation. 

The owner has a number of favorite bronze sculptures. A chandelier was designed and fabricated to hang above the dining table. Firefly is a light fixture made from 99 hand folded bronze “fireflies”, individually lit and wired together to a custom circuit board. For more information on Firefly, contact lights@studiokca.com
