PROJECTS: Greenlight Development

DESCRIPTION: 

Slated to be the first LEED Gold Development in Vermont. The Greenlight Development is a community of 11 homes within 108 acres of forest just outside of Burlington. The homes will share a warming house and 20 acres of hiking trails in and around the development. Each home has a footprint of approximately 2,500 sq ft and each has been carefully sited within their respective lots in order to create as little disturbance to the natural landscape as possible. The homes all build from the same "kit of parts" to create 4 distinct typologies that can be further customized.
